Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms precisely will help you navigate your rights and obligations on the pk98 platform clearly.

• "pk98", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pk98 platform, its operators, affiliated entities, and management team responsible for operating pk98.bio.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pk98 account, including browsing the platform without a registered account.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player on the pk98 platform, through which all gaming and financial activity is conducted.
• "Platform" — the pk98 website accessible at pk98.bio, including all web-based interfaces, features, games, betting markets, and associated services.
• "Services" — all products, features, and facilities offered by pk98, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on the pk98 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other pk98 gaming product.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a Player's account by pk98 subject to bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process used to confirm a Player's identity and age before withdrawals or other sensitive account actions are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction a Player may apply to their own account to temporarily or permanently prevent access to the pk98 platform.

Access to the pk98 platform and its Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering an account, you confirm compliance with all conditions listed in this section.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of pk98 services.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk98. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to review.
• Accounts may not be registered by individuals currently subject to a pk98 self-exclusion order or a third-party exclusion directive.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pk98 and its affiliated entities are prohibited from registering player accounts.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP-based two-factor authentication during registration and sensitive account operations.

pk98 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk98 account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. pk98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party for any reason.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity, in cases where access was gained using your credentials.
• You must notify pk98 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pk98 account to any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pk98 platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All financial transactions on the pk98 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk98 supports a range of payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• The minimum deposit on pk98 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts with incomplete verification may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is finalised.
• pk98 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for EasyPaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
• All funds deposited must be sourced from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• pk98 applies no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals conducted in PKR. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside pk98's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with pk98's anti-money laundering procedures. pk98 may request proof of deposit source for large withdrawals.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain network fees and may take longer to process during periods of network congestion.

pk98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pk98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from any promotion without notice.
• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account if requirements are not met within this period.
• pk98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, pk98 will honour the original terms of the offer for that Player.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting across accounts, or betting against oneself — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet minimum balance thresholds for withdrawal. Only real-money funds may be withdrawn.

All sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activity on the pk98 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk98 will not reverse, void, or alter a confirmed wager except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the applicable sporting rules or where a clear system error has occurred.
• pk98 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, manual pricing mistake, or data feed failure. Affected Players will be notified and the bet stake will be returned to their account.
• Bets may only be placed with real-money funds or eligible bonus funds standing to the credit of your pk98 account at the time the bet is placed.
• pk98 sets minimum and maximum stake limits for all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, and Player account status.
• All casino games on pk98 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Live casino tables are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface and govern the conduct of play at that table.
• pk98 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time for reasons including but not limited to suspicious betting patterns, late team news, or event integrity concerns.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the Player must raise the issue with pk98 support within 30 days of the event date. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk98 platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the pk98 platform, whether in your own name or any alias.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or odds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are not payable.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the pk98 platform for any money-laundering purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after withdrawing or wagering deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk98 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the pk98 platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

pk98 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. pk98 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk98 Players at no charge, accessible directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your pk98 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period. Useful for Players who want to set a hard ceiling on their gambling spend.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen notifications that display your net win/loss position during a session, activated at intervals of your choosing.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Take a break from pk98 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During exclusion, your account is suspended and you cannot deposit, wager, or access promotional offers.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your pk98 account with no option to reopen. This option is available at any time and takes effect within 24 hours of the request.

All content on the pk98 platform — including but not limited to the pk98 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk98 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk98 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk98 content without express written authorisation from pk98.
• You may not frame, scrape, spider, or systematically extract data from the pk98 platform by automated means without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to pk98 regarding the platform become the property of pk98 and may be used freely without any obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk98's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from use of the platform.
• pk98 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance windows, or circumstances outside pk98's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
• pk98 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials or from access to the account by unauthorised third parties using those credentials.
• pk98's liability for any claim arising from a clearly erroneous price or odds display is limited to returning the original stake to the Player's account.

pk98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A request by the Player themselves to close their account or activate permanent self-exclusion.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon account termination for cause, pk98 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds will not be paid out following account closure in any circumstance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pk98 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk98 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the pk98 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk98's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players must contact [email protected] with full details of the complaint. pk98 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution service designated by pk98's licensing authority.

pk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk98 will notify registered Players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be applied immediately.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page at pk98.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version is published. Continued use of the pk98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the pk98 platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting support before the effective date of the changes.
